Stress seems to accumulate when things are left undone. The simple act of completing something, anything, can tamper our uneasiness. This may be well known, but sometimes we must learn it for ourselves.

The key is to take action, do something, complete a small, menial task. We will feel lighter and more prepared to tackle the next thing.
